Guidelines

No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2017.

Space is sold in increments of 10’x10’ areas.  If you require additional space, you must purchase a second space or make special arrangements – pricing subject to requirements of size and shape. 

All vendors are required to have a CRS number and liability insurance with the City named as an additional insured.  Contact NM Taxation and Revenue if you do not have a CRS number.

First come first serve, festival will not accommodate vendors selling the same products.

Vendor Areas

Non-food Truck Vendors, $200 – this section is intended for vendors promoting or selling a non-food product.

Food Truck or food vendors, $400 – There is a designated area for food trucks so when filling out the form, please indicate if you are a food truck.
